West Grey to hold remote meetings during COVID-19 pandemic
WEST GREY, ON—The Municipality of West Grey will host public meetings with options for remote participation as the community continues to practice physical distancing to decrease the rate of spread of COVID-19.
The municipal office and all West Grey facilities and parks are closed. The province has imposed restrictions on gathering in groups of more than five.
The public will be able to connect online or by telephone to all West Grey public meetings.
On Wednesday, April 1 there is a special council meeting beginning at 9 a.m.

Should you wish to speak during the comment period send your name, email and phone number to Lindsey Glazier at lglazier@westgrey.com or submit questions through the secure drop box located at Municipal Office by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, to be added to the speaking list during the comment period.
There are also two public meetings scheduled for April 7. Details for those meetings will be announced later this week.
