Back to SearchPlease be advised that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey intends to adopt an amendment to fees and charges bylaw 45-2021, in accordance with subsection 391(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25.
The amendment to the fees and charges bylaw includes the following:
- Change the prime-time ice rental to October 1 to March 31 in the calendar year; and
- Change the summer ice time period to April 1 to September 30 in the calendar year.
The meeting at which the bylaw will be presented will take place at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in West Grey council chambers, 402813 Grey Road 4, Durham, ON. Members of the public may attend in person or electronically via Zoom.
Notice is being provided in accordance with notice bylaw 2023-020. If the matter is postponed or considered at a subsequent council meeting, no additional notice will be provided other than the information on the subsequent council agenda.
