Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of the intention to sell a portion of lands known as the unopened and unmaintained road allowance, legally known as part of PIN 37301-0116, being the easterly 760 metres of PIN 37031-0116 north of and adjacent to 232950 Concession 2 WGR, in the geographic Township of Normanby.
The above noted lands were declared to be surplus to the needs of the municipality by resolution at the regular meeting of the council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey held on May 17, 2022.
