Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of the intention to sell lands known as the unopened and unmaintained road allowance legally known as PINS 37239-0150 and PIN 37239-0147, being lands adjacent to 404701 Grey Road 4 consisting of several unopened road allowances on Plan 20 in the Village of Priceville. This does not include portions of Elgin Street and another portion of Glenelg Street which was closed by bylaw #1179 which merged PIN 37239-145 into one lot.
The above noted lands were declared to be surplus to the needs of the municipality by resolution at the regular meeting of the council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey held on May 17, 2022.
