Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of the intention to sell a portion of lands known as the unopened and unmaintained road allowance legally known as Part of PIN 37296-0197, being the northern most 183 metres of PIN 37296-0197 adjacent to 232615 Concession 2 WGR, Normanby, south of Road 21 and Baseline.
The above noted lands were declared to be surplus to the needs of the municipality by resolution at the regular meeting of the council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey held on June 5, 2022.
