Council received correspondence from ROMA respecting delegation requests for the 2025 ROMA Conference. Council directed staff to request delegations with the Ministry of Transportation regarding lighted intersections and crosswalks on the connecting link, the Ministry of Infrastructure regarding additional funding for infrastructure, and the Ministry of Health regarding rural healthcare.
Council approved the 2025 council calendar. The 2025 council calendar follows the same structure as the 2024 schedule, and will be posted on the West Grey website for public viewing.
Council approved the West Grey Brand Refresh. The brand refresh incorporates a new colour palette and a more accessible logo font. The refreshed brand aligns with the goals of the 2024-2026 strategic plan, ensuring that the branding reflects the community’s values and enhances accessibility.

- Durham Tree Lighting on December 3, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Lions Heritage Park;

- Elmwood Tree Lighting on November 24, 2024, at 4 p.m. at the Elmwood Lions Park;
