- Council received a delegation from Hazel Pratt, Chesley Hospital Community Support Committee and directed staff to send a letter of support to the Chesley Hospital Community Support Committee.
- Council received correspondence from the Township of Southgate respecting a resolution of support from the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie requesting a tile drainage loan program review. Council directed staff to forward a letter of support to the Premier of Ontario, the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the MPP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound, the Rural Ontario Municipal Association, the Association of Municipalities of Ontario, the Ontario Federation of Agriculture and all municipalities in Grey and Bruce Counties.

- Council received a report advising that West Grey has been awarded a grant from Tree Canada for a new community garden project within the town of Durham. Staff will continue to work with garden users and Tree Canada to identify sites and plans for the expanded community garden.
- Council received an update advising that Elephant Thoughts Educational Outreach has received changes to programming and granting requirements enabling the camp program to be free of charge for the 2023 season. Staff will work with Elephant Thoughts to coordinate promotions of the camp for the upcoming season.
- Council authorized an agreement with Veolia Water Canada Inc. for the operation, maintenance and management of water and wastewater systems.
