WEST GREY, ON – The West Grey Police Services Board will be conducting a Community Survey during the month of September. The comments received will assist in the development of the West Grey Police Service business plan that will guide the Service to 2023.

Concession 2 WGR restoration and paving

Asphalt paving of Concession 2 WGR between Grey Road 4 and Sideroad 15 will begin August 30, 2021 and continue through to October, 2021. Lane restrictions and traffic interruptions are to be expected during this period.

Clean-up and repairs completed following weekend rain event

WEST GREY, ON – Roads and public works crews have completed all urgent clean up following a major rain event that hit Durham over the weekend. On Saturday, August 7, between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m., a localized storm cell over Durham measured 65 mm of rain causing the excessive runoff and roadway flooding. Several basements were flooded and roads were closed over the course of the early evening weather event.
