Notice of intent to sell lands

Carnegie Library:

Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of the intention to sell lands known as Plan 500 Part Lot 19 WGR RP; 16R10764 parts 3 to 5, also known as the Carnegie Library property.

The above noted lands were declared to be surplus to the needs of the Municipality by resolution at the regular meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey held on November 3, 2020.

West Grey to host a drive-thru Halloween party

WEST GREY, ON—The Municipality of West Grey will host a drive-thru Halloween party on October 31, 2020 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Durham arena parking lot.

West Grey to reopen administration building

WEST GREY, ON—The Municipality of West Grey administration building will reopen to the public on Monday August 17, 2020.Several safety precautions have been put in place including:

• Open hours Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to provide time for daily thorough cleaning
• Plexiglass guards have been installed at the counter
• Masks are required for staff and residents
• Hand sanitizer will be available for anyone coming into the building
