Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of the intention to enact a bylaw to provide for the naming of roads in the Broos subdivision. The bylaw to provide for the naming of roads in the Broos subdivision will be considered by council at their meeting being held in council chambers, 402813 Grey Road 4 Durham, ON, N0G 1R0 on July 4, 2023, at 9 a.m. or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

The Project
Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority (SVCA) has initiated a study to update the regulatory floodplain mapping for Durham Creek in partnership with the Municipality of West Grey and D.M. Wills Associates Limited. Properties identified as having a bridge or culvert on or near Durham Creek will need to be measured and surveyed as part of this study. The study area is generally outlined in Figure 1.

The West Grey municipal office located at 402813 Grey Road 4, Durham, ON, will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday June 22, 2023, for staff training. The municipal office will resume regular business hours at 1 p.m. on June 22, 2023.
