TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of the intention to enact a bylaw to stop up and close a portion of the unopened road allowance legally known as part 1 of part of the original road allowance between concession 13 and concession 3 WGR being part of PIN 37296-0197 in the geographic Township of Normanby.

Please be advised that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey intends to adopt an amendment to fees and charges bylaw 2023-064, in accordance with subsection 391(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25.
The amendment to the fees and charges bylaw will amend Schedule B as follows:
- Add a $100.00 non-refundable application fee for requests for events to be designated as municipally significant for the purposes of obtaining a special occasion permit.

WEST GREY, ON – The West Grey Fire Service is grateful to be a recipient of this year's Enbridge Gas Inc. Safe Community Project Assist campaign.

Please be advised that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey intends to adopt an amendment to fees and charges bylaw 2023-064, in accordance with subsection 391(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25.
The amendment to the fees and charges bylaw will amend Schedule B as follows:
