Council meeting highlights - February 6, 2024

Council discussed three reports from the manager, public works:

• West Grey’s drinking water system inspection reports for Durham and Neustadt resulted in a score of 96.3% for Durham and 100% for Neustadt. Durham’s system experienced a minor malfunction which was quickly remedied and had no impact to public safety. Both systems are compliant with provincial legislation.

WEST GREY, ON - West Grey council has appointed Kerri Mighton, West Grey’s director of finance and treasurer, as interim chief administrative officer (CAO) effective February 12, 2024. West Grey’s current CAO, Laura Johnston, has accepted a new position with another municipality.
