Upcoming: excess snow removal

Excess snow removal operations will be taking place throughout West Grey from February 4-8, 2025, weather permitting, as indicated below:

• Ayton: February 4, 2025;
• Neustadt: February 5, 2025; and
• Elmwood: February 6, 2025.

Municipal staff will be clearing excess snow and accumulated snowbanks to enhance safety and accessibility for both vehicles and pedestrians. The snow will be transported to designated disposal sites where it can be stored safely and melt without causing any issues.

For snow clearing operations, please ensure that vehicles parked on the street are removed from parking spaces by 8:00 p.m. to allow access for snow removal equipment.
