Residents are encouraged to report any issues or concerns to the Municipality of West Grey to help maintain a safe and active community.
To report a concern or bylaw complaint, please fill out the appropriate form below. Each matter is treated with the highest priority and will be addressed promptly.
Report a Concern
Use this form to report general concerns you would like the Municipality to address, such as issues with playground equipment, damaged equipment, potholes, missed garbage pickups, fallen trees on Municipality property, and more.
Bylaw Concern
If you have a bylaw-related concern, such as open-air fires, property standards, yard maintenance, noise, nuisance, traffic, or parking issues, please use this form. Submissions will be forwarded to the Bylaw Enforcement Officer for review.
