Notice of Passing of a Development Charges Bylaw Amendment

Take notice that on March 18, 2025, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey passed Bylaw 2025-022, being a bylaw to amend municipal-wide Development Charges Bylaw, being Bylaw 31-2020, under section 2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended.

The purpose of the amendment is to remove the expiration date of the current Development Charges Bylaw.
