Notice of Intent to Stop Up and Close Road Allowances - Part 3 of Part Lot 27 Plan 16R-8548

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of intention enact a bylaw to stop up and close a portion of the unopened road allowance legally known as Part 3, being part of Lot 27, concession 2 EGR, being part of instrument 313694 of PLAN 16R-8548 in the geographic Township of Glenelg.

The bylaw to stop up and close the subject lands will be considered by council at their meeting being held in council chambers, 402813 Grey Road 4 Durham, ON, N0G 1R0 on September 3, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
