Notice-Intent to Sell Lands - Parts 1, 3, 4, 5, and 8 on Plan 16R-12134

Take notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey hereby gives notice of intention to dispose of following lands on Plan 16R-12134 in the geographic Town of Durham:

• Part 1, being part of Park Lot 5 and part of Unnamed Street, being part of PIN 37318-0550 (LT);
• Part 3, being part of Park Lot 5 and part of Unnamed Street, being part of PIN 37318-0550 (LT);
• Part 4, being part of Park Lot 5 and part of Unnamed Street, being part of PIN 37318-0550 (LT);
• Part 5, being part of Unnamed Street, being part of PIN 37318-0550 (LT); and
• Part 8, being part of Lot 15 and Unnamed Street, being part of PIN 37318-0550 (LT).

The above noted lands were declared to be surplus to the needs of the Municipality by resolution at the regular meeting of the council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey held on February 6, 2024.

The bylaw to dispose of the subject lands will be considered by council at their meeting being held in council chambers, 402813 Grey Road 4 Durham, ON, N0G 1R0 on November 19, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
