Account Information

The Municipality of West Grey offers the convenience of managing your accounts online at any time. To register your online account you will need your PIN ID, which is printed on your bill or statement. 

You can also request your PIN ID by contacting the municipal office at 519-369-2200 or 800-538-9647.

Upon successful login, you will be given access to the online services applicable to your account. From your account page you can view your West Grey property tax information, utility billing, and pet licences; this page also allows you to view recent transactions and make payments.
