Day Camp

Campers will enjoy a variety of interactive and co-operative activities each day. Activities vary based on the interests of the children.

Welcome to the West Grey Summer Day Camp, where adventure, learning, and fun await! Our day camp is designed to provide children with exciting experiences, meaningful connections, and opportunities for growth in a safe and supportive environment. West Grey camp offers a diverse range of activities tailored to suit the interests and developmental needs of campers aged 5 to 13. Regular day camp activities include a mixture of games, song, craft, and group activities.

At West Grey Summer Day Camp, we are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive community where children can thrive, explore, and create lasting memories. Through engaging activities, skilled supervision, and a focus on teamwork and personal development, we aim to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and promote lifelong skills.

Summer Campers must sign up for full weeks. Before and after care is available.

Play in the Park Programming

Play in the park programming will bring camp to you! Play in the park is a free, supervised, outdoor program for children aged five and up.

Children will participate in fun recreational activities including organized games, sports, crafts, songs, theme days, and special events in local neighbourhood parks. All of our programs are supervised by our camp staff.

Play in the park program guidelines

This program is designed for children aged 5-13. However, children of all ages are invited to play.
Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by a caregiver of at least 14 years of age.
Program ratio is 1:10 (maximum of 10 participants per instructor).
Drop-in programs are operated at a first-come first-serve basis, registration is not required.
This program is not intended to be a child-minding service. Instructors will assist in supervision of participants but assume no responsibility in child-care; participants are free to come and go.
Participants are asked to follow the instructions of program instructor(s).
This program may be suspended at any time due to inclement or severe weather.

Movie Night in the Park

With summer evenings approaching, what a perfect time to watch a movie outdoors with your neighbours. West Grey will be hosting four movie nights in the park throughout the summer!
